CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS
Social Impact with Mutual Value
We develop sponsorship partnerships that connect companies and institutions with social projects relevant to their values, communities, audiences and areas of activity.
Rather than offering a standard sponsorship package, we consider the relationship between the organisation and the social need addressed by the project. This allows us to develop partnerships in which corporate support reaches communities with a meaningful connection to the organisation.
The sponsoring organisation contributes to making the project possible, while Bosph Project Management develops, organises and coordinates the project and its local implementation.
Depending on the project and partnership, sponsorship cooperation may include:
* Development of a social impact project aligned with the organisation
* Project planning and implementation
* Identification and coordination of local partners
* Participant and stakeholder coordination
* Operational and field management
* Corporate and brand visibility
* Visibility across project locations and activities
* Recognition across relevant project materials and communications
* Participation in selected project events and activities
* Documentation and reporting of project activities and outcomes
Our aim is to create a relationship in which sponsorship represents more than brand exposure. The organisation becomes directly associated with a tangible social outcome that its contribution has helped make possible.
A successful partnership therefore creates value on both sides: communities receive access to opportunities and resources, while the sponsoring organisation becomes part of a credible and visible social impact initiative.
SOCIAL IMPACT
Creating Opportunity. Building Sustainable Impact.
At Bosph Project Management, we develop and manage social impact projects designed to create meaningful and measurable opportunities for children, young people and communities. Our approach begins with identifying a genuine social need. We then develop the project structure, establish the necessary local partnerships, bring together the organisations capable of supporting the project and coordinate the process from planning through to implementation.
We work with companies, institutions, foundations, sports organisations and local partners through different collaboration models. Depending on the nature of the organisation and the project, this may take the form of a corporate sponsorship, institutional partnership or foundation-supported programme. Our objective is not simply to secure funding. It is to transform financial and institutional support into structured projects that create tangible social outcomes.
FOUNDATION PARTNERSHIPS
Turning Support into Direct Social Impact
Our work with foundations is structured differently from commercial sponsorship.
We develop projects that can align with a foundation’s social mission and areas of support, and seek financial or institutional support required to implement those projects.
Bosph Project Management remains responsible for developing the project structure, establishing local partnerships, coordinating stakeholders, organising implementation and managing the operational process.
Foundation support can therefore be transformed into clearly defined activities for identifiable beneficiaries rather than remaining an abstract financial contribution.
Depending on the project, our responsibilities may include:
* Identifying social needs and target communities
* Developing the project concept and implementation model
* Establishing local partnerships
* Preparing project budgets and operational structures
* Coordinating beneficiaries, families and project partners
* Managing suppliers and project requirements
* Coordinating field implementation
* Monitoring participation and project activities
* Documenting project delivery
* Measuring and reporting project outcomes
* Exploring opportunities for continuity and sustainability
The contribution of the supporting foundation is acknowledged transparently throughout the project. However, unlike a commercial sponsorship relationship, the primary purpose is not advertising value. The central objective is to demonstrate what the foundation’s support has made possible and the social impact created through that contribution.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR GIRLS
Creating Space for Girls in SportSupporting girls’ participation in sport is an important part of our approach.
We recognise that girls may face additional barriers to accessing football and other sporting opportunities. For this reason, we actively consider female participation when developing relevant projects.
Girls should have the same opportunity to train, develop their abilities, build confidence, experience team culture and explore their sporting potential.
Our programmes can therefore include defined participation objectives for girls and appropriate training structures designed to support their involvement.
The purpose is not simply to include girls numerically. It is to create an environment in which girls and boys can benefit from the same standards of training, personal development opportunities and pathways for future progression.
CHILDREN AT THE CENTRE
Access Should Not Depend on Financial Circumstances
Children are at the centre of our current social impact work. We believe that a child’s access to sport, personal development and meaningful opportunities should not be determined solely by the financial circumstances of their family.
Our projects are designed to reduce these barriers by creating structured programmes through which children can access opportunities that might otherwise remain unavailable to them.
Depending on the project, this can include:
* Free sports and football training
* Sports clothing and equipment
* Transportation support
* Health screenings and athlete health assessments
* Nutrition education
* Personal development activities
* Motivation and career programmes
* Meetings with experienced sports professionals and role models
* Family information and engagement
* Performance and development monitoring
* Opportunities for talented participants to be observed by professional sports organisations
* Support for continued participation in sport
Our objective extends beyond participation in a temporary programme. Where possible, we aim to create pathways that can contribute to a child’s longer-term sporting, personal and social development.
We are always striving to do more to ensure children have access to greater opportunities. We believe that every child should have the chance to develop their potential, regardless of their financial circumstances.
DEVELOPING PROJECTS AROUND THE RIGHT PARTNERS
Not every social impact project is appropriate for every organisation.
We consider the nature of the project, its beneficiaries and the organisation we approach when developing a potential partnership.
Where there is a natural relationship between an organisation, its activities, its communities and the people benefiting from a project, that relationship can make the resulting social impact more relevant and credible.
This approach allows us to develop partnerships individually rather than treating companies, foundations and institutions as interchangeable sources of funding.
The question is not only who can support a project.
The question is which organisation can create the right impact through the right project.
Our role may include:
* Social impact project development
* Feasibility and local research
* Sponsorship and partnership development
* Foundation cooperation
* Local stakeholder identification
* Institutional and community connections
* Budget and operational planning
* Project management
* Participant coordination
* Supplier and service coordination
* Transportation and logistics
* Field implementation
* Risk management
* Child safeguarding processes
* Communication between project stakeholders
* Impact monitoring
* Documentation and reporting
* Sustainability planning
Bosph Project Management can manage the process from project development to field implementation. We can implement social impact projects.
Our goal is to create meaningful collaborations that deliver sustainable value for organisations, communities, and individuals.
One project may require a company, a foundation, a local organisation, a sports institution, families, coaches, suppliers and participants to work together.
Our role is to bring those elements into one organised project structure and coordinate the process from concept to impact.
