PROJECTS
Our work ranges from original concepts developed by our team to tailored projects created around a specific brief, objective or opportunity. Each project is approached individually, allowing its structure, partnerships and delivery model to be shaped around what the project actually requires.
OUR PROJECT PORTFOLIO
Our portfolio reflects the different ways projects can create value — by connecting organisations with communities, bringing brands closer to their audiences, creating new content opportunities, supporting social impact or developing collaborations around shared objectives.
SPORT & FAN ENGAGEMENT
Projects designed around sport, supporter culture and the relationship between clubs, communities and audiences. From fan-focused experiences to local activations and special initiatives, these projects explore opportunities that extend beyond the sporting event itself.
BEYOND THE COURT — London 2026
Builds connections between sports clubs and local communities through experiences that go beyond sport.
FROM HOME TO GOAL — London 2026
Brings local life and cultural values together through original on-the-ground activities.
Projects developed around participation, access and meaningful social outcomes.
We work with partners, sponsors and funding organisations to develop initiatives that respond to specific social needs while creating a clear structure for participation and support.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR FAIR PLAY — Istanbul 2026
Creates opportunities in sport for children with limited access and resources.
BRAND & AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT
Projects that create new ways for brands and businesses to interact with audiences through experiences, participation and carefully designed activations.
The focus may vary from visibility and engagement to community involvement or a specific commercial objective.
HIGH VOLUME, BIG IMPACT — London 2026
Turns large-scale engagement into strong visibility and measurable impact.
CONTENT & CULTURAL PROJECTS
Projects developed around original content, people, places and cultural environments.
These may include collaborations with content creators, media teams, brands or other partners looking to create distinctive work within a particular location or cultural setting.
OPEN COLLABORATION PROJECTS
Not every project needs to begin with a ready-made concept.
Through our Open Collaboration Model, a project can begin with a brief, an objective or even an early-stage idea. The scope is then developed according to the specific requirements of the work, allowing the final project to take a structure that fits its purpose.
OPEN COLLABORATION MODEL — 2026
Transforms ideas into flexible projects shaped around specific needs, plans and objectives.
DIFFERENT PROJECTS. DIFFERENT STARTING POINTS.
Some projects begin with an original concept developed by Bosph Project Management. Others begin with a brief, a partnership opportunity, a specific challenge or an idea brought to us by a client or collaborator.
We do not believe every project should follow the same formula.
The starting point, objectives and requirements determine how each project develops and what kind of structure it needs.
FROM CONCEPT TO PROJECT
A strong project requires more than an idea.
Depending on the nature of the work, Bosph Project Management can contribute to concept development, research, consultancy, project planning, partnerships, coordination and delivery.
This allows us to become involved at different stages — from helping define the initial direction to managing the practical requirements needed to move the project forward.
PROJECTS BUILT AROUND COLLABORATION
Our projects can involve sports clubs, brands, businesses, content creators, individuals, communities, funding organisations and other partners.
Rather than limiting projects to a particular type of client or collaboration, we focus on bringing together the people and resources that make sense for the objective of the project.
